What we see on their Florida jobs

High-pressure sales with overstated savings, equipment quality, and tax-rebate promises; installs left incomplete or done improperly so they failed inspection; damage to homes; and solar bundled with water heaters and A/C units the company had no license or permit to install. FL AG specifics: FDUTPA action announced Dec. 4, 2023 (same day as Vision Solar) against SetUp My Solar d/b/a 320 Solar and its owners, seeking a permanent injunction against misleading solar claims plus refunds and other consumer relief.
