West Palm Beach Solar Loan Help & Records
West Palm Beach homeowners stuck with a failed solar system, an installer that disappeared, or a PACE / Ygrene loan that ballooned your property taxes — the permit and inspection record for your address is in county records, and state agencies take complaints directly from homeowners. We document the project and send you the same list of independent Florida consumer-protection attorneys every customer receives. If the system has to come off, removal and roof work is by licensed local roofing contractors.

System Removal
When the system has to come off, we connect you with qualified, licensed local roofing contractors who handle de-energization, panel removal, utility notification, and roof patch or full re-roof — all in West Palm Beach and the surrounding South Florida. We are not roofers ourselves; the licensed pros do the licensed work.
PACE / Ygrene Help
Stuck in a Ygrene, Renew Financial, HERO / FortiFi, Florida PACE Funding Agency, or Counterpointe assessment? Your property tax bill jumped, you can't sell or refinance because of the lien — we document the gap and send you the same list of independent Florida consumer-protection attorneys every customer receives.
Solar permits & utility in West Palm Beach
In West Palm Beach, residential solar connects to the grid through Florida Power & Light (FPL), and the utility issues Permission to Operate (PTO) before a system may run on the grid. Whether a system has a PTO record is one of the records the $99 package requests.
Permit and inspection history for your address is on file with the City of West Palm Beach Building Division and Palm Beach County PZB (Palm Beach County). As part of your free records check we pull your West Palm Beach permit and inspection record and verify the original installer's Florida license on your install date.
