The Florida Solar Exit Program is a service of Collaborative Concept LLC, a records and documentation company. Removal and roof work is performed by qualified, licensed local roofing contractors under their own Florida licenses. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship.

No promised outcome

We make no promise about the cancellation of any loan or about any legal or financial result. Outcomes depend on your specific facts and on the attorney you choose to retain. Words like “may,” “typically,” and “depending on your facts” are used intentionally.

Attorney list

We give every customer the same list of independent Florida attorneys. We do not choose an attorney for you, we receive no fee or other benefit from any attorney, and you are free to hire any attorney you choose, or none. We are not responsible for the services any attorney provides.

Statements about specific installers and lenders are based on publicly reported information, provided for general informational purposes only and believed accurate when published.
